Alright so after watching the MV for the billionth time I can tell you all for sure that yes, indeed Baekhyun betrayed them. Now, I have seen some theories about biblical symbolism in the video and while I agree with most of those, this is not really about that and simply an analysis of the MV. It is actually very clear that it tries to paint Baek as a traitor, you will see.
So first the chronological order of the MV:
When we first see this scene of the van, it’s actually on reverse. Implying this is the FINAL scene of the video.
Then we see the clock, which is also very obviously going backwards. This is supposedly taking us BEFORE the broken plates and the fight, BEFORE the betrayal. And AFTER this other scene:

Right before it takes us to this:
This, this is the actual beginning, the FIRST scene. This is when Baekhyun makes the decision to betray them, and that is quite explicitly represented with a SNAKE.
The snake represents him as a traitor. He is being confronted with this ugly side of himself but at this point he has already made the decision.
Ok, now that the BEGINNING and the END are clear enough, let’s analyse a little bit more.
