Okay so i knew they met because they were shooting a drama together, but I didn’t really take them seriously because Guan Xiaotong is like half a year older than me, born in Sep 1997

That would be like 7 years difference between her and Luhan

And tbh I don’t mind age gaps, there’s been pretty weird age gaps between celeb couples so I was kinda used to that – the weirdest thing was that he got a girl SO CLOSE TO MY AGE

Anyway that made me not believe in the news at first, but I reckon that while there’s a possibility he might do this as a prank to promote his new drama (because he’s so cheeky), at the same time I think he would take this matter seriously

I knew years ago that he said he would announce his relationship to his fans if he were to have one – that’s why I always believed he never dated anyone from the time he said that until now

So seeing that as part of his personality, I do believe that this is true – man the age difference is still shaking me but I do believe this is true. I’m actually so happy for him because he’s been wanting a gf since 2014 (maybe earlier), this poor boy, but he couldn’t find one until now. As someone who stans him, I thought I wouldn’t want him to date anyone but dude, I’ve also been waiting for long man it’s time for our boy to find someone. IF HE WANTS HE GIRL, HE GETS A GIRL

Also, this actress is actually an AMAZING actress. I love her so much, she’s probably my 2^nd favourite female actress and Dilireba would be my 3^rd. Tbh I’m so shook how Luhan can be so close to TWO OF MY FAVOURITE ACTRESSES I’m so shook he knows what he’s doing

I hope he’ll meet my ultimate favourite actress soon …

Anyway, I just hope that they’ll be able to take care of each other. I love the two of them so much and I’m actually happy that he’s dating one of my favourite actresses (the youngest of them all …) I just can’t describe my feelings right now – happy shocked and ULTI SHOOKKKKKKK

This is another rant that I have. There have been many ugly ot8 fans resurfacing after finding out Yixing can’t promote with EXO. And even some ot9 fans have started doubting Yixing.
All I have to say is there is nothing you can do right now since we don’t know what’s happening. Therefore, we have two options - we can either choose to doubt Yixing, or choose to believe in him.
If we choose to doubt, we choose the easy way out. It’s easier because there is no dedication to this decision, no trust needed, and that’s boneless of us to do so, if we choose not to believe him.
If we choose to believe him, it will be difficult, but absolutely rewarding if our trust isn’t let down. If we choose to believe in Yixing, we choose to give him strength - WE BECOME HIS SUPPORT, HIS PILLAR, HIS WALL.
Because any person’s motivation is strengthened by support, trust and love. If we doubt Yixing, even if he promised us he’d stay, staying will be a difficult thing for him to do. If we support him, he will be stronger and then it will be easier for him too.
Our duty, as EXO’s fans, as EXO L, the connection between EXO K and EXO M, is to bring them together. We’re not here to break them apart of separate them, we’re the link that keeps them together. Even though technically they are one now, arguably Yixing is the only Chinese member left and we do not want him to drift apart from us. But I’d say, considering how much Yixing cares about EXO and us, that we’re two of the main reasons why he stayed. If he leaves, if he’s separated and forcibly pushed away by ugly ot8 fans, then those who do so cannot be EXO Ls, don’t even deserve to be one because EXO Ls are the connection between M and K. This is why ot8 fans aren’t EXO Ls, because they deliberately separate Yixing from the others.
Next, let’s look at Yixing’s character for all who are beginning to doubt him. If you know him, you know he is a truthful, loyal, brave and GENUINE person. He will not give in to the age hierarchy, as seen in Go Fighting season 1 episode 2, when he outright criticized the oldest member for cheating his trust, and got too much criticism for it. He will be loyal to those who he believes he owes - when Luhan left, he publicly expressed his support for his brother, EVEN IF IT MEANS EXPOSING HIMSELF TO UGLY OT8 FANS LIKE HE STILL IS NOW. He remembers all those who helped him, constantly publicly expressing his friendship with Luhan because Luhan had helped him during predebut days. He remembers who he owes, constantly showing that he is Lee Soo Man’s biggest fan. Yixing will not forget where he came from, who made him like this today, and that is SM, no matter how shitty SM may treat him. He has rejected many offers by China agencies, that give him more opportunities to expand his popularity AND has higher pay, all because he chose to stay. In his individual career in China, he CONSTANTLY shows support for EXO, CONSTANTLY mentions EXO, CONSTANTLY reminds everyone that he’s a part of EXO. He doesn’t forget his brothers, doesn’t forget that EXO is a huge part of his success in China today. All these qualities of Yixing, he has shown COUNTLESSLY no matter how HARD and DIFFICULT it is for him, no matter how much controversy he has to face, because that’s who he is - hardworking, genuine, and the BRAVEST person I know. This is the Zhang Yixing fans fell in love with. This is the Zhang Yixing that non-fans fell in love with, and became fans because of it. This is the Zhang Yixing that I admire and strive to become in the future.
When in doubt of Yixing, REMEMBER his qualities and his character. He has countlessly and constantly reminded us over and over again that this is who he is, that once he makes a promise, he will keep it until he dies, even if it means sacrificing so many things. By staying in EXO, he’s sacrificed his freedom, his expansion in China, his health, his time, his HOME (fuck u all). There have been SO MANY things that Yixing has sacrificed for EXO and for us, and all you petty ot8 fans do is hate him for things he cannot control. Personally, I believe that Yixing is much better off leaving EXO and becoming a solo like KrisHanTao, but I know he’ll never do that no matter how much more freedom and success he will achieve.
If he wanted to leave, he would’ve done so as early as Kris, and as late as Tao. That’s the easier and better way out, but Yixing chose to stay. Despite all the hate, all the doubt, all the loss in trust in him … Yixing stayed. Yixing stayed even though so many people stopped believing. Yixing stayed even though his three brothers left. Yixing stayed even though fans hated him. Yixing stayed even though fans were racist to him. Yixing stayed for fans and his brothers in Korea, despite all this, because he cares. Yixing stayed because he didn’t want to hurt the people he cares about. Yixing stayed, even if it means exhausting himself to the fucking POINT where he’s constantly fainting in airports and variety shows out of exhaustion, because he wanted to bridge the gap between China and Korea that KrisHanTao may have created when they left. He wanted to prove everyone wrong, that not all Chinese leave for better opportunities and a better life, that Chinese shouldn’t be regarded as traitors and disloyal and ungrateful scum. Even though KrisHanTao had every right to leave, many Koreans couldn’t understand, and Yixing wants to make them believe again.
Don’t doubt Yixing anymore. He’s gone through so much that he’s gone from the dreamy, “high” Yixing to a quiet, reserved and tired Yixing more often now. Please love him instead, and please believe in him. I don’t have any doubt in me that Yixings going to stay. Leaving isn’t even in his dictionary - that’s how much I trust him. And even if you don’t trust him as much as I do, please at least choose to believe him a little.
Yixing is honestly such an amazing person. He’s not greedy, he’s not choosing the easy way out only because he cares, and I hope all of you can see his dedication that he has placed in EXO. Don’t doubt him, show your love and support for him like he has done towards EXO, constantly. All he’s gone through must have made him really lonely, so please don’t let him be lonely anymore.
He’s not in this comeback but he’s shown support by liking EXO’s comeback posts (Baekhyun, Sehun and Chanyeol if I’m not wrong). Please don’t doubt him, there is nothing more I can say except this.
And last thing to ot8 fans - don’t even call yourself an EXO L if all you want to do is break K and M apart. Fuck You and stop bullying our unicorn that has given us so much that we don’t deserve him.

I’m not sure when Kpop became more focused on breaking records, but I know that’s become the main focus of today. Honestly, I really do respect and admire all of the fans who put so much effort into wanting their idols to stay as kings or queens, or wanting them to become kings or queens, and personally I don’t see too much problem in this, except that sometimes this takes away the real meaning of breaking records naturally and takes away the importance and beauty of the music that attracted people to watch the MV or buy the album (that breaks records naturally) in the first place. I understand that fans want to do this (and I want to do it too) because sometimes hard work to achieve great results is a beautiful thing, so all in all there are pros and cons to doing this but it’s not a problem

What my biggest issue about this is when fans deliberately and maliciously overthrow other groups and idols from achieving their best, by manipulating and deceiving fans into tricks that will disrupt the fans’ hard work. For example, recently in EXO’s individual member teasers, and even Red Velvet comeback shows, people have been pretending to be SMTOWN and posting links for fans to click (or even non-fans that are curious and have no idea what’s happening) that will make the view count go lower. This isn’t in the sporting spirit, this isn’t how you get your groups to break records – if your group ever breaks records, it means nothing because you have stooped the lowest way possible for them to achieve greatness. And you know what? If you used malicious ways to ruin another’s success just for your group to achieve success, then IT IS NOT SUCCESS. IT IS NOT GREATNESS. IT IS CHEATING.

When your group achieves greatness and you and other fans like you have stooped to this level to prevent others from doing their best, and to the point where you use deception to trick other fans from helping their group, then once your group achieves greatness no one will see it like that. No one will respect nor acknowledge your group’s achievements.

INSTEAD, if you don’t want to support other groups, simple. Don’t fucking watch the MV, don’t even fucking listen to it – save some of your own face and ego and just abstain. Don’t watch the reuploaded MV, don’t wait for reuploaded videos and watch them, that’s just damn low of you, you scum.

How to support your group? Go do it your own fair way. Instead of writing malicious comments and deceptive links, go stream your oppas and unnies’ MVs, go buy their music, go buy their entire album. That’s how you support your group. That’s how they can achieve success FAIRLY so that everyone will RESPECT AND AMIRE them for it. THAT’S WHEN THEY DESERVE THEIR SUCCESS. Don’t go ruining fans’ hard work, you have no idea how frustrating that feels unless you experience the pain yourself, and don’t ever put yourself in a position where you’ll understand.

“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” You should understand this as a fan of a group – why not expand that love into the whole of Kpop? Kpop has to compete with English and American pop that is WAY above them in terms of popularity, exposure, youtube views, streams, etc. How much will Kpop rise if all you’re going to do is to act like little bitches and overthrow another group’s success? We want to expose Kpop into the wider world, SO THAT your group has more chance to break records and EVEN break youtube view count records WHEN COMPETING with English and American pop. If your vision is so narrow as to focus on a popular group in Korea, you and your group are never going to get anywhere. Suck it up, grow up, and open up your mind a little. It is not Kpop we’re competing against – it is the entire world.

Please, it’s nice to be competitive but hold your horses. There is so much we can do to support each other, just like how when we stream MVs we help each other and that’s how we achieve greatness. If you use low ways to help them break records then joke’s on you, you’ve created fanwars and no other fans are going to help your oppas or unnies with their MVs once it’s out. Idols are friends with each other, don’t bear to strain or hurt their friendship because of this. Really, there are so many ways to show your love, and if you don’t want to show love, then don’t show hate.

This applies to everyone, even EXO Ls and REVELUVS. I’m starting this rant because I’m both EXO L and Reveluv and I don’t want our fanbase to stoop as low as the others. Let’s all be fair and supportive, and in situations where we can’t be supportive and loving, then at least abstain from everything. Don’t do things that will make other fandoms hate us, instead spread love, not hate.

Note: I’m only speaking about those who stoop this low and don’t even deserve to be fans. I’ve of course seen other fandoms help my favourite groups Red Velvet and EXO stream their MVs and I think that’s lovely. I believe that’s how we should be doing it.

People are now worried and concerned over the rumours from C-fans regarding Go Fighting’s treatment towards Yixing.

The only thing I can say now is that these are just speculations and rumours from fans. No official statement has been released yet. When it comes to rumours, they are either correct or not correct, either accurate or completely inaccurate. Rather than letting these unofficial rumours worry us and make us concerned, we should wait for some sort of statement from Go Fighting or Yixing.

Back in 2014 when Kris left, there were too many rumours that were spread around – some examples were that Exo’s instagrams were taken over by staff to post their anger towards Kris and unfollow him, rumours that Kris had been bullied, rumours that Kris will come back, rumours that this was just a tactic of SM’s to make EXO gain attention, etc. What I’m saying is, take these rumours as a grain of salt first as you wait for official statements, because you usually find that you feel betrayed and exhausted after finding out the truth in official statements, and how different they are from fans’ speculations.

Yixing is Go Fighting’s most popular member – those who came to watch Go Fighting for other members even fell in love with Yixing’s innocent and genuine character. Personally in my opinion (once again, take it as a grain of salt), I don’t think they will let Yixing go that easily nor do I think Yixing will want to leave, UNLESS there are circumstances that absolutely forbid him from being able to continue participating in Go Fighting as a member.

What I’m saying is, instead of being riled up by these situations, rather take a step back and review the situation carefully and then wait. It’s so not worth to feel angered over this until the official statements are out, because I find that it’s so tiring and we already have so much shit going on already.
