okay so some similarities i found between baekyeon and kaistal are that they kinda date different genders of each other
so kaistal are similar and baekyeon are similar to each other
but what i feel really ruined baekyeon’s relationship was the fans’ refusal to accept them as a couple. baekhyun at that time looked really troubled every day during overdose promotions, and I’m sure that’s what caused him to be really afraid of expressing his relationship with taeyeon (or even expressing himself in general). i feel that was one of the biggest reasons why they later went their own ways.
please learn from this and not let this happen to kai. kai, as well as baek, is one of the sweetest people that we’ve ever met, so let’s not have them go through this pain. kai deserves his own happiness. the best, bravest, most loving thing we can do now is to happily support their relationship and defend them from those who criticise. our role as fans is to be a pillar for our idols and give them the support they need at the hardest times, which is now.
fighting over this issue is not worth kai’s smile. let’s make sure to keep his smile frequent and bright <3
